Research On Information Coding System Based On Agile Manufacturing.

The rapid development of information technology has brought a number of new manufacturing philosophies and manufacturing techniques.As a modern manufacturing technology,agile manufacturing has been used more and more widely both at home and abroad.Agile Manufacturing process is to combine a number of dispersed enterprises to form a virtual enterprise through the computer network,in order to achieve high-quality products,lower costs of production,shorten production cycle and to meet the increasingly keen market competition.The development and sharing of information resource is the cores in Agile manufacturing process.However,the information in the agile manufacturing resources is scattered,which increased the difficulty of exchanging and sharing of information resources,thus impeded the implementation of agile manufacturing.Taking information resources of agile manufacturing as an object,the theories,techniques and methods of information coding has been studied in the thesis,and management system for information coding based on agile manufacturing has been constructed,which will provide a useful reference for the development of agile manufacturing.The main contents of the thesis are as following:(1)Research of information classifying and coding theory.Information classification and coding systems and their theories are studied,which include principles and methods of information classifying and coding,techniques and procedures of information classifying and coding are studied too,based on the analysis of existing information classifying and coding systems both at home and abroad.(2)Analyse of the demands for information classifying and coding by agile manufacturing. Based on studying of the connotation,characteristics,structure,technology,and developing trends of agile manufacturing,this paper analyzed the importance of information coding system in agile manufacturing and the demands for information classifying and coding systems.(3 )Design and development of information classifying and coding management system based on agile manufacturing.This paper has studied the overall program and the model systems of system-framework based on ASRNET coding system's three-tier structure,including system structure design,design of the functional model,structural model,database and the system's realization.The system's functional models include:standards' management,rules' management, codes' generation,codes' auditing,users' management and so on.
