Networked manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing pattern, born out of Internet technology and catering to an increasingly strong trend toward economic globalization. Computer and network communication technology make networked manufacturing more open, intelligent, and distributed. By setting up virtual enterprise, it can respond the market requirement quickly, so that it can achieve the persistence payoff purpose. As a kind of new manufacturing organizing mode, networked manufacturing can improve its competition ability and agility, which represents manufacturing intending developing direction.Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a kind of method which is can satisfy the service level requirement and combine supplier, manufacturer and customer as a whole to produce commodity in order to obtain minimum system cost at one time. And it can send the exact quantitative commodity to the exact place at the exact time. With the naissance of the networked manufacturing that a kind of new manufacturing mode, traditional SCM theory and method cannot satisfy the requirement of enterprise networked manufacturing. And the SCM theory and method should be studied again deeply and systematically, so that it can satisfy modern enterprise production requirement.The research of SCM based on networked manufacturing is an important project. This paper study a series of important problems based on the summary of networked manufacturing and supply chain management, and system engineering, control theory, computer simulation technology and intelligent algorithm are applied. The main research works in this paper are briefly summarized as follows:(1) Research of dynamic characteristic of supply chain managementAnalyze the uncertainty of supply chain system as well as the reason of it. With the help of non-linearity system theory and technology, analyze stability of supply chain system. Construct the modeling of stock control system and analysis it using switching system theory. On the basis of the uncertainty of response time of supply chain, we should construct income decision-making model and optimization theory to research it. Set up the Morkov chain forecasting model and analyze it.(2) Distribution delivery model and arithmetic researchAnalyze the uncertainty factors and their effects on stock, construct stock address model. Constitute all aims mix integer layout model of multilevel distribution system. Apply all aims mix inheritance method which associate juxtaposition choose method and simulating anneal arithmetic to analysis the model.(3) Client relationship management research based on supply chainAnalyze the relation between SCM and CRM under web manufacture. Construct dynamic client relation management model and emulate the process. Research CRLV model of client relationship and discuss parameter relation in model. Constitute client satisfaction degree model and analyze it using FAHP.(4) Supply chain corresponding management research based on multi-agentAnalyze the correlation among SCM members and discuss the essentiality and the correlation elements of correspondence. Summarize Agent, multi-Agent fundamental theory. Construct auto negotiating model based on GA and Agent and analyze it. Construct supply chain corresponding management system based on Agent. Construct supply chain corresponding management system based on Agent. Emulate the system corresponding process with the software of Flexsim.(5) Development and application research of supply chain management system under web manufactureUnder the above research, construct supply chain management platform based on web manufacture with the develop tools of Java, JSP and JavaScript. The system makes use of B/S network. With the real application background of Zhongguan Company, analyze the function and design the application of each system modules, customize the second development of Flexsim and emulate the production assembly process of capsule auto stowing machine.
