Research Of Supplier Selection And Assessment Oriented To Networked Manufacturing

Combined with the project------the networked manufacturing system for typical regions inZhejiang province, sponsored by the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), based on he analysis of the research status and basic theory of of networked manafacuring, the dissertation is mainly concerned with research on supplier selection and assessment oriented to networked manufacturing, the supplier selection system based on networked manufacturing system for shaoxing is also designed and developed.Chapter 1 firstly introduces the foundational theory of networked manufacturing, the research statuses of networked manufacturing and index, indices system, method, and decision support system for supplier selection are described. Finally, the objective of the thesis is pointed out, and the research frame is presented.Chapter 2 firstly introduces the platform of networked manufacturing system for shaoxing region, analyzes problems in supplier selection system oriented to single enterprise and e-business platform. Then, establishes the model for the supplier system based on the networked manufacturing, finally, describes how to select suppliers based on the networked manufacturing.Chapter 3 put forward to the design of the functions and database of supplier selection system based on the networked manufacturing. Soliphicated relationships between data resources are described with DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The designs of some critical data entity are introduced too.Chapter 4 analyzes methods for supplier preselection with DEA, according to historical recordings of suppliers, establishes the model of supplier selection based on orders, and put forword to resolving shema for it. Combined with the practical demand, it designs general indices system, and describes how to calculate index weighing for a indices system. Finally, according to the pratical demand encounted in the course of system development, some vital technique in implementation of the system are researched, such as the traversing and view of typical data structure like tree.According to the prior research and design, chapter 5 gives some running examples of the supplier selection software system based on the platform of networked manufacturing system for shaoxing region. Because of the limit of length, it only introduces some key function modules.In chapter 6, all achievements of the thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
