To study the effects of Cadmium (Cd) and Lead (Pb) pollution on physiological characters, growth and development of flue-cured tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum), and how Cd, Pb pollution affected quantity of microbes living in root region, and how tobacco survived under Cd, Pb pollution apart from antioxide system. In 2002-2004, with the instruments of microscope, environmental scanning electronic microscope, inductingcoupled plasma, GC/MS concceted computer and so on, we systematically studied theeffects of Cd, Pb and Cd+Pb on flue-cured tobacco planted in pots and hydroponically.The results were as the fellow:1.
