The donors have undergone the estrus synchronization and multiple ovulation by the treatment of CIDR+PMSG+FSH; the receptors have experienced the corresponding estrus synchronization by the CIDR+PMSG. It compared with the dynamic change of P4, E2, FSH and LH in the peripheral blood of German Mutton Merino,Borderdale, Poll Dorset and Small-tail Han sheep, and analysised the effects of estrus synchronization, superovulation and embryo transfer of German Mutton Merino,Borderdale,Poll Dorset and Small-tail Han sheep. And meanwhile it reaserched postpartum (0-96h) receptors' transferring ability of IgG in the colostrum and the cumulative growth effect produced by receptors to their offspring(0-12month).At the 13d, the donor and the receptors removed CIDR; at the 14d and the 15d, there are 41 and 4 donors respectively in Synchronization of Estrus, while at the 14d, 15d and 16d, there are 7, 81 and 9 receptors respectively in Synchronization of Estrus. As for the luteal number and ovum number ,The mean number in German Mutton Merino,Borderdale and Poll Dorset is 5.50, 4.07, 3.44 respectively, German Mutton Merino is significantly higher than that of Poll Dorset (P<0.05), the mean of available embryos is 3.86, 2.27 and 2.69 respectively; and the pregnancy rate of ET in those is 55.26%, 54.17%, 42.31%, German Mutton Merino is significantly higher that of Poll Dorset (P<0.05) .In the first day of natural estrous cycle, the contents of FSH (5.19mIU/ml) in the serum of Small-tail Han sheep of receptors is significantly higher than Borderdale (P<0.05) , as well as the contents of LH (3.66mIU/ml) is significantly higher than Poll Dorset (1.32mIU/ml) (P<0.05). In the 8d of natural estrous cycle, the contents of LH (3.45mIU/ml) in the serum of Small-tail Han sheep of receptors is significantly higher than Poll Dorset (1.18mIU/ml) (P<0.05) ; In the 16-17d of estrous cycle, the contents of P4 (0.93ng/ml) in the serum of Small-tail Han sheep is significantly higher than Poll Dorset (0.27ng/ml) (P<0.05), as well as the contents of FSH (7.86mIU/ml) is significantly higher than Poll Dorset (3.76mIU/ml) (P<0.05). The peak of P4 of German Mutton Merino, Borderdale, Poll Dorset and Small-tail Han sheep in the dynamical change curve is respectively 10.12ng/ml, 9.14ng/ml, 8.78ng/ml, 12.17ng/ml, the peak of E2 in the dynamical change curve is respectively 8.34pg/ml, 7.43pg/ml, 6.44pg/ml, 9.34pg/ml, and the peak of FSH in the dynamical change curve is respectively 5.11mIU/ml, 3.76mIU/ml, 4.19mIU/ml, 7.86mIU/ml, as well as the peak of LH in those is respectively 5.87mIU/ml, 3.66mIU/ml, 3.82mIU/ml, 6.22mIU/ml in the estrous cycle; The whole change trend of P4,E2,FSH,LH is that, Small-tail Han sheep is higher than German Mutton Merino, Borderdale, Poll Dorset, German Mutton Merino and Small-tail Han sheep are similar in quantitative characteristics and quantitative characteristics, the next is German Mutton Merino.
