Studies on using Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed as raw materials and applying modern high-tech food engineering technology,mainly supercritical CO2 extraction technology,cryoconcentration method.the soft capsule technic,The High Throughput Screening Method etc.Extracted and separated the oil from Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed and enriched and purified poly—unsaturated fatty acids. discussed the arts and crafts of the soft capsule of the oil of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed,investigated its physical and chemical character ,the stability and the activity.The main results of this study were as follows:1.Study on supercritical CO2 extraction technology of function fat of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seedTrichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed is the material of study, and pressure,temperature and time is the factor of effect. The best technical condition of extraction are: the pressure of extraction is 35M P a , the pressure of separation is 6~10Mpa,the tempreture of extraction is 45℃, the tempreture of separation is 30℃,the flux of CO2 is 80l/ h ,the time is 2.5 h .The influence of rate of extraction is temperature,time,pressure in turn from bigness to smallness.The main substance are linoleic acid (37.137%) ,flaxoleic acid (9.2745%),a-linolenic acid (5.43%) and so on. and The content of poly—unsaturated fatty acids with the extraction of supercritical CO2 fluidextraction is about 52%(by way of 1#).But the content of poly—unsaturated fatty acids with the method of extraction of tradition is about 22%.2. Enrich poly—unsaturated fatty acids by cryoconcentration technologyPurpose to extraction and to enrich poly—unsaturated fatty acids by cryoconcentration technology. Methods natural Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed primrose oil extracted by supercritical fluid was used as raw material. High concentration of poly—unsaturated fatty acids was enriched by cryoconcentration method .poly—unsaturated fatty acids was determined by GC,and different temperatures,time and solvent proportions were compared.Results:-70℃,raw oil :solvent=1:8,freezing 2h,the content of poly—unsaturated fatty acids was raised to 83.05%.The technology is simple and convenient without any solvent pollution.It is beneficial to apply in industrial production, by way of 2#. 3. Study on stability of function fat of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seedThe ray ,temperature ,ultraviolet radiation and time on influence of function component of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed(2#) . The influence of these factors are market.The speed is rapid. there is abundant of poly—unsaturated fatty acids in the oil of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed, it is easy oxidated very much .the main content of paper are discussing the effect to improve its antioxidation by adding BHA,BHT,PG,TBHQ as well as citric acid.The result are:when we added 0.01%TBHQ + 0.01%BHT+ 0.01% Citric acid, the shelf life of the oil of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed is extended from 8 days to 26 days at 60℃, the shelf life of the oil of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed is extended from 4 months to 14 months at 20℃,the effect is very distinct.4. Study of microcapsule of the function fat of Trichosanthes Kirilowii MaximseedSpray-drying is needed for microcapsule of 2# capsules research,identified a selected compound wall material, and the impact of Trapa natans seed oil microcapsules of various factors such as the ratio of core material and wall material ,the ratio of compound wall material and the total solids content, as well as import and export of spray-dried temperature and homogenizing pressure were studied. The results show that in the study of the Trapa natans seed oil microcapsule production process, maltodextrin and arabic gum is been selected for composite wall material , the impact of embedding rate of various factors is the ratio of core material and wall material >the ratio of compound wall material > the total solids content .Orthogonal design from the best ratio of microencapsulation as follows: the ratio of arabic gum and maltodextrin is 1 : 1, the ratio of core material and wall material is 2 : 3, the total solids content is 25% (W / V). The optimum spray drying conditions as follows: the temperature of entering wind is 180℃,the temperature of out wind is 80℃,the homogenizing pressure is 35MPa. microencapsulation with a better embedding,microencapsulation of core material has a good protective effect, Microencapsulation enhance the oxidation stability of 2#.5. Throughput Screening on the pharmacological activity in function fat of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seedStudying the pharmacological activity in function component of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed(1#and2#) extraction by High Throughput Screening method . High Throughput Screening method is the main tehnology to screen drugs currutly, and is used widely by many foreign drugs research institutes because of the characteristics of micro-quantity speediness and high efficiency. This paper used PPAR model of High Throughput Screening being the first time in Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed study to screen active compounds of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed. The result showed that a function component of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed(2#) acted on PPARαand PPARγfaintly, PPARδstronger,but 1# sample have no activity to the three model.6.Study on the pharmacological activity of body of function fat of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seedLowering blood-lipid investigation with function fat of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed 2#,Using high blood-lipid big-rat model which were brood by high-fat feed, then were filled stomach by function component of Trichosanthes Kirilowii Maxim seed( 2#)(0.2,0.4 and 0.8 mg/g per day,four weeks).The dose can depress LDLand TC,but TG and HDL hardly influence.
