Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.,which is one kind of dioecism liana in cucurbitaceae, dioecious. Trichosanthes'body is a treasure, fruit, peel, seeds and roots can be cooked into Chinese medicine Trichosanthes,Trichosanthes skin,Seeds and Trichosanthes as medicine. With effects of heat Phlegm, Chest Sanjie, moistening Hua Chang, swelling and pus, and enhance immunity, lowering blood pressure, anti-tumor, anti-HIV and so on. In addition,Trichosanthes also has special green health care function.Therefore,in recent years,it is valued and demanded a lot,and with good development prospects.However, based research of chinese medicinal plant germplasm resources have been relatively weak,due to a lack of system arrangement and accurate identification and simple,effective germplasm characteristics evaluation method,failed to choose excellent plants, result in germplasm confounding of different regions,such limit the development and utilization of Trichosanthes. This study is on the basis of genetic diversity studies of Trichosanthes which collected from Henan,Hebei and so on,studied its physiological characteristics, yield characteristics and composition of the comprehensive of efficacy,and selected one excellent germplasm strains of Trichosanthes.Such give the foundation for breeding of new varieties of Trichosanthes. Research results are as follows:1 Trichosanthes seeds breeding has greater advantages than root breeding. Experiments of Trichosanthes seeds breeding showed that populations of Trichosanthes have higher germination rate and seedling emergence, in which XY-2 and DZ-2 are more than 90%;The split-root seedling breeding experiments showed that Trichosanthes seedling rate is relatively low, of which the highest is DZ-1,only with 71.11%.2 Photosynthetic pigment content level of Trichosanthes is relevant with photosynthesis strength.Determination of photosynthetic pigments of Trichosanthes showed that DZ-1, XY-2, DZ-2 have higher levels of photosynthetic pigments, indicating that it have potential photosynthetic capacity, measurement results of photosynthetic rate confirms this.3 Differert populations of Trichosanthes have significantly different hardiness.In artificial simulation of different temperature conditions,detecting resistance index of proline, membrane damage index of MDA, protective enzyme activity of SOD and POD of different Trichosanthes seedlings. Consistent proof that DZ-1, DZ-2, XY-2 have strong hardiness.4 Differert populations of Trichosanthes fruit yields are significantly different. Fruit yields statistical reasults of Trichosanthes showed that average yield per plant of the highest is DZ-1 and DZ-2, respectively 3012.4g and 3153.Og.The lowest is the group of NX-1,only 576.6g. 5 Clearing the fruit yield of the complex relationship between.For studying the relationship between the yield traits, I introduced the method of correlation analysis.The results showed that the interaction of the yield was supplement and constraint; At the same time,to determine the impact factor of the yield,including the direct and indirect effects, I introduced sizing analysis method, revealed the relationship between yield character and the yield,and the relationship between the characters.6 Clearing the composition of fatty acid of pericarpium trichosanthis seed oil. Qualitative and quantitative analysis trichosanthis seed oil with GC-MS method found at least seven common characteristic peaks from eight fingerprint of Trichosanthes seeds. Identified 5 kinds of fatty acids by GC-MS analytical.It was mainly unsaturated fatty acids,including oleic acid, linoleic acid, and pericarpium trichosanthis acid.After calculated by area normalization method, I got the unsaturated fatty acids of relative content in between 82.39% and 93.57%. Trichosanthis acid was a kind of special unsaturated fatty acid, and was first discovered to contain a variety of Isomers with points.7 Medicinal value of Trichosanthes is reflected in several indexs.Except the unsaturated fatty acids of pharmacodynamic ingredients, I detected the Cucurbitacin B in roots and polysaccharide in skin.The results showed that content of three efficacy ingredient is different.Such as highest content of unsaturated fatty acids and Cucurbitacin B is XY-2, while polysaccharide is DZ-1.Visible we could not measure medicinal value of Thichosanthes from the single index.8 Efficacy component content is not relevant with the yield and origins.Correlation analysis between drug ingredient content and yield found that content of efficacy component have no connection with yield; Cluster analysis in the group of Trichosanthes about content of pharmacodynamic component found that it was divided into two parts only in distance of 25,can not note the relationship between content of effective component and the origin.9 Sleeted the optimal strains of DZ from the Trichosanthes populations.Score comprehensive evaluation from Physiological characteristics,yield and efficacy composition of pupulations,found the comprehensive assessment was significantly different. The highest in the group was DZ-1 with 95.55 scores,followed by DZ-2 scoring 89.88. Which is the best comprehensive properties in the group. Their genetic distance was very close, also came from the same place of Henan.So can be used as DZ strains of varieties comparison test and production test.
