In this paper, utilizing the advanced physical examination (color Doppler ultrasound, ECG computer detection system) and the modem detective techniques, such as radio-immunity, biochemistry, optical microscope and electron microscope, the success of the rat model of the experimental coronary heart disease (CHD) due to heart Yang deficiency is analyzed and verified. The morphologic and functional changes of the platelet are observed on the cellular and molecular level and the correlation is known between the platelet which is in the pre-activated and activated state and the progress and the trend of CH[) due to heart Yang deficiency. Thus, the accurate objective indexes can be provided for exploring the essence of the syndrome of heart Yang deficiency. The results show that: this model is familiar to the pathologic change of Cl-ID hyperlipoidemia, the myocardial ischemia damage and the cardiac insufficiency. In the model rat, the plasma VWF concentration is increased, the content of TXA2 is high and the PGI, is low, the platelet aggregation rate is increased, the molecular number of the platelet membrane glucoprotein GPIIb/IlIa and the content of the ~ -granule membrane protein GMP-140 are high. The reason is that the vascular endotheliocyte is damaged in the process of the model making, as a result, the platelet is activated, AA metabolism is out of blance and the platelet is in high-activated state. The Heart-Warming (Wenxin) Capsule can reverse the functional and morphologic changes of the platelet, and abate the injury caused by the model making, which gives an important counterevidence for the successful making of the model.
