Method: Duplicate acute cerebral haemorrhage model on wistar by means of self arterial blood injection. Take head penetrating puncture as therapy method. Select Neuron Discharge and Tail Flick Latency as observing norm. Probe into the mechanism of immediate result of acupuncture on acute cerebral hemorrhage at the point of neurophysiology through researching the variation of Discharge and Tail Flick Latency of neuron Lying in different region around the hematoma in CNS at different stage after acute cerebral haemorrhage. Result: 1 .The electric activity of Pain Response Neuron was affected at the early stage of serebral haemorrhage. The excitability of PEN and inhibition of PIN are both apparently inhibited. Its characteristic is that the neuron in adjacent region is more severely inhibited than the one in distant region and the inhibitory action which can not reverse becomes more heavily with time passes by.2.Head puncture has obvious regulation on rats with acute cerebral haemorrhage which can not only improve the excitability of PEN but also strenghthen the inhibition of PIN.3.The regulation of acupuncture on rats with acute cerebral haemorrhage with the characteristic of immediate result is constant and duplicate. The comparison between puncture group and control group is obviously different with P
