The Experimetal Study On Two-way Regulation Of Head Puncture To Pain Response Neuron Discharge Of Rats With Acute Cerebral Heamorrhage

Method: Duplicate acute cerebral haemorrhage model on wistar by means of self arterial blood injection. Take head penetrating puncture as therapy method. Select Pain Response Neuron Discharge Increments and Tail Flick Latency as observing norm. Probe into the mechanism of two-way regulation and immediate result of acupuncture on acute cerebral hemorrhage at the point of neurophysiology through researching the variation of Discharge Increments and Tail Flick Latency of neuron Lying in different region around the hematoma in CNS at different stage after acute cerebral haemorrhage.Result: 1 .Head puncture has obvious inhibitory function on TFL of normal rats while it has inhibition-relieved function on TFL of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage,which means that it has two-way regulation on the reaction of rats to injured irrat醫ion.2. Head puncture will do good to Pain Response Neuron Discharge of rats before and after cerebral hemorrhage through two-way regulation.3.The electric activity.of Pain Response Neuron was affected at the early stage of cerebral hemorrhage with its excitability apparently inhibited with the characteristic of the local region being more severely inhibited than the adjacent region.4.Head puncture has obvious regulation on PEN and PIN of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage and the immediate result is not only in local region but also in adjacent region.In general,the results indicates that treating acute cerebral haemorrhage with head puncture therapy at early stage will have good regulation and protection on injured neuron.
