As the specialists doing more deep and widespread researches on the theory % clinic and experiment, theresearch and development which TCM treat on CRF's has a bright and broad prospect.Combining the TCM mechanism of CRF that failure of spleen and kidney, turbid stasis in the Three Jiao ,with the modern medicine theory , professor HongQinGuo constructs the Capsule NiaoDuQing(NDL),which has the appropriate conformation >. the convinced curative effect. This subject observed the CRF patient's symptoms and the NO and ET level after taking NDL, then provided objective evidence for it's clinical effect and the mechanism.1 .Literature studyThe modern TCM doctor 's practice and the ancient literature on frequent vomiting and dysuria -. renal injury > renal wind syndrome > Difficult in urination(Long-bi)N Urination toxin provide valuable experience for the therapeutics of CRF, the basis of modern TCM prevention and cure CRF is settled. Most of doctors thought CRF belonging to the diseases such kinds of disease Difficult in urination > edema > vacuity taxation, and it's key mechanism is failure of spleen and kidney and the turbid evil stagnation in triple warmer, main Clinical study include differentiation patent medicine, clusis with TCM medicine> venous TCM medicine and external TCM medicine and complication's TCM therapy. The study on TCM treating CRF's mechanism has made a great progress. Specialists study the simple TCM formula on cell biology and molecular biology level. The study of complex TCM formula involvein many parts, redressing lipid metabolism disorder > reducing toxin accumulation relieve the high GFR( Glomerular Filtration rate) condition inhibition renal tubule Hypermetabolism condition N protection the remnant nephrons ,confrontation the oxygen-derived free radidicals damage and the influence on the blood vessel activity matter and cytokine. Trough these studys are deep and wide , most of them is about the clinical effect, the investigation on animal experiment is shortfall, especially on enzyme activity of kidney > cytokine and growth factors. So more work should be done on the cellular and molecular level.2.Clinical studyObjective:Observing the influence of NDQ on the CRF patient especially on NO and ET level, provide the objective evidence for the utilization of NDQ. Method:(l)set up NDQ experimental group(45 sample) and Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch (CAO)control group (30 sample) , the course is 4 weeks .select the symptoms, Scr, Bun, Ccr, Hb, TG, Ch as the observing indexes. The effect has divided into 3 grades, apparent effect > utility ^ inefficiency.(2)Select 30 patients and observe the NO and ET level after taking the capsule NDQ.Result: (l)colligation effectCapsule NDQ can control and relieve the symptoms of the patients and the effect is better than the control group. To most of the patients (82.21%), after taking NDQ, their Scr<, Bun decreased significantly (p<0.01),compared with the control group the difference is markedly too(P<0.05) while the medicine can rise the Ccr in NDQ group (p<0.01) ,but as compared with the CAO group the difference isn't significant. In NDQ group Hb ^ HCT x ALB rised markedly(p<0.01) and RBC rise too(P<0.05);In CAO group Kb- RBC> HCT rise (PO.05) while the step-up of ALB hasn't the statistical difference. Compare the results of the two groups the difference of H^ HCT^ ALB is significantly(P<0.01),the difference of RBC is markedly too (P<0.05),that suggest that NDQ can improve the CRF patient' s anemia effectively, rise the plasma albumin level, nevertheless the difference of IgG^ I%A^ IgMs C^ C^ CH5o haven't statistical significance.(2)NDQ' s function on lipid metabolismIn NDQ group the Ch and TG descent markedly (P<0.05) and compare with the CAO group the difference is significant(P<0.05).
