Study On Correlation Between Heart And Lung In Viral Myocarditis

On the point of the combination between disease and syndrome, the article studies the correlation between heart and lung in the Viral myocarditis (VMC). On the basis of theoretical researches of the correlation between heart and lung, the article draws conclusions that VMC locates in the heart, but it is closely related to lung with analysis on 616 cases.The disorder of heart and lung in the VMC, the incidence of the disease is high in female, child and teenager; it is the main pathogenic factor that exogenous evils invade lung and heart. The deficiency of heart and lung qi is the main pathogenic basis; the constitution affects the pathology, syndrome and transformation. The basic pathogenesis is deficiency in the origin and excess in the superficiality. The deficiency of qi is the main pathogenic basis; the exogenous evils, phlegm, heat and blood stasis are the excess. The pathogenesis is deficiency energy of lung and heart and coverts pectoral qi collapse or deficiency of qi and yin. The disease of heart and lung in the VMC can be generalized 8 syndrome-types. Invigorating qi of heat and lung is basic treating principle, clearing away heat and toxic material in the early stage, invigorating qi and yin in the middle stage, and elevating collapse in the last stage. Moreover, it is important to strengthen wei-qi to prevent infection.
