| Objective: To evaluate the rapectic of Shenshuai capcule in the treatment of CRF and study its mechanism.Experiment study: the fats were fed with adnine to establish the chronic renal insurfficiency anemia model, then they were divided into five gropes,separatly fed with shenshuai capsule or Niaoduqing for 31 days.The results showed that shenshuai capsule could improve the pathologic status.Light microscopic, electronic microscopic and immunohistochemical stain revealed that the mesangial cell index and metrix index were reduced. The tubular epicyte apoptosis were significantly retrained through the promotion of Bcl-2 gene expression and decreasing of Fas gene expression, reduced the plasma of Tumor Necrosis Fator- a expression and the kidney of Transformating Growth Factor- |3 expression.Clinical study: 90 cases were divided into two gropes.50 cases in the treatment grope, treated with Shenshuai capsule.40 cases in the control grope, treated with Niaoduqing. The same courses(2-6 months) and common treament. The results showed that Shenshuai capsule not only could decrease the Scr, BUN and the urinary protein within 24 hours, lower the serum inorganic phosphorus and the Endothenelin, but also could improve the clinical symptoms, enhance the blood calcium, hemoglobin, urine creatinine, Nitric Oxide. There is a remarkble difference between the treatment grope and the control grope.Conclusion: Shenshuai capsule have the function of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney, removing dampness, cleaning away toxic materal, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasia. The rate of efficiently is better than the control grope.
