Research Of Microscopic Mechanism Of Formation Of Blood Stasis Syndrome Type

This program summarized the knowledge and theory of blood stasis syndrome (BSS) and therapy of activating blood circulation in the document of past dynasties, and further arranged and discussed it to make it more perfect. First theory and practice of BSS and the therapy of activating blood circulation from early Qin , Two Hans to Ming Qing times and the objective research progress of BSS in last 20 years were looked back. The newest research accomplishment and study progress of microscopic syndrome identifying of BSS of hypertension and diabetes in recent years were summarized.The ancient exposition and modern knowledge of BSS were elaborated systematically.Combining the theory of qi and blood of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathology physiological character and evolvement law of BSS were analysed further. Then combining type with disease, 160 patients which were BSS and non-BSS of hypertension and type II diabetes strictly according to diagnosis standard were selected to observe bloodrheology, blood stream dynamics,limbs blood stream diagram, microelement, microcirculation,and so on, and analyse the inner connection of it and BSS and its simultaneous type. And the correlation of BSS and ET, NO and CD62p , as well as c-fos, c-jun gene and HSP70 gene express were studied and analysed further with advanced experiment method and experiment technology. Results: By observing and analysing systematically a series of microscopic quantitative index closely related with BSS,the phenomenon which there were abnormal expressions of c-fos, c-jun and HSP70 gene in BSS patients was discovered, demonstrated that the difference of its expression level is closely related with every type of BSS. Conclusion: Microscopic study syndrome identifying is important for modern research of BSS,and genome study is the best point of penetration of modern research of BSS. The modern essential research of BSS should absorb actively the newest accomplishment of gene science with times to richen and develop the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and offer molecular biology basis for clinical therapeutics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
