Objective:Discussion hunan province early onset coronary heart disease (CHD) blood stasis in the crowd and the angiotensin (angiotensinogen AGT) gene and apolipoprotein E (apolipoprotein E, Apoe) gene polymorphisms of the relationship.Methods:The specific PCR technology and technology-based flight mass spectrometry (TOF-MS) method to select patients with premature coronary heart disease and blood stasis syndrome50cases from the crowd in Hunan Province, early-onset non-BSS26cases of patients with coronary heart disease, early-onset coronary heart disease and36cases of non-healthy control group of19patients, for AGT gene Rs4762(T174M/C3889T) and Rs699(M235T/T4072C) polymorphisms Apoe gene Rs7412(e4) and Rs3760627were detected, analyzed four groups of allele frequencies and genotype frequency differences.Results:AGT gene polymorphism loci Rs4762and Rs699allele and genotype in the frequency distribution of differences between the four groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), early onset coronary artery disease in Rs4762C allele in comparison between blood stasis group and healthy control group with significant difference (x2=14.872, P<0.01), early onset coronary artery disease in CC genotype frequency distribution in blood stasis group there was a significant difference compared with healthy controls,(χ2=13.371,P<0.01); Rs699C allele frequency distribution of early onset coronary artery disease in the blood stasis group and health control group is significant difference between (x2=9.512, P<0.01), early onset coronary artery disease in CC genotype frequency distribution in blood stasis more differences between the group and healthy controls.(χ2=7.889,P<7.889). Apoe gene polymorphism loci Rs7412allele and genotype in the frequency distribution of differences between the four groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), early onset coronary artery disease in Rs4712C allele in comparison between blood stasis group and healthy control group with difference (χ2=6.283,P<0.05), early onset coronary artery disease in CC genotype frequency distribution in blood stasis group and healthy controls more differences between (χ2=8.166,P<0.05); Apoe gene polymorphism loci Rs3760627allele and genotype in the frequency distribution of differences between the four groups has no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:AGT gene polymorphisms Rs4762, Rs699and Hunan population with early-onset CHD were correlated, Rs4762and Rs699C-allele population in Hunan Province early onset CHD susceptibility genes. Apoe gene polymorphisms Rs7412Hunan population with early-onset CHD correlated, Rs7412C-allele population in Hunan Province early onset CHD susceptibility genes;Apoe gene polymorphism locus Rs3760627Hunan population with early-onset CHD no correlation.
