Association Between Hyperlipidemia And Endothelial Dysfunction, And The Mechanism Of Fibrate Therapy

[Part 1] Relation of triglyceride and CHDAIM: To investigate the relative risk factors of CHD.METHODS: To retrospect the relative risk factors of CHD, we analyzed the parameters such as TG, TC, LDL-C, FBG, AGE, GENDER, BMI, SMOKING, SBP and DBF of 235 patients (CHD: 139 cases, nonCHD: 96 cases) confirmed by coronary angiography with logistic regression equation.RESULTS: TG, LDL-C are risk factors which correlated with CHD significantly, in addition, age, BMI, smoking, SBP were imported into the logistic regression equation.CONCLUSIONS: The etiology of CHD was the cooperation of multifactor including LDL-C, TG, age, BMI, smoking and SBP. TG may be one of the risk factors.
