The obesity is one of the most prevalenced disease all over the world. It always accompanied by some metabolic diseases, such as the type 2 diabetes mellitus , hypertension and the dysfunction of lipid metabolism .It has been an urgently task of 21 century scientific research that investigating the mechanisms and the preventive measures of obesity and its relevant diseases.Obesity is the result that the body's energy metabolism is unbalanced . Its exactly mechanisms are not very clear. It thinks that it is associated with inherited and environmental factors. It had been obtained rapidly advanced progress which people studied the mechanism to obesity since Zhang, an American scholar, and his companies successfully cloned human' s obese gene in 1994. Leptin is one product of obese gene which secreted adipose tissue, its molecular weight is 16-kilodalton. Leptin acts central nervous system (CNS) through blood-brain barrier as a peripheral signal which linking adipose tissue and CNS, effects on satiety and regulating spontaneous nervous system, it can remain the balance of fatty homeostasis. After the ob/ob mouse that obese gene mutated and leptin is deficient was injected by exotic re-organized leptin, it presented apetite loss, weight loss, energy expenditure increased and improving of hyperinsulinemia and hyperglucose. To humans, this adipocyte derivedsecretory protein has 84 percent autoploidy compared with the mouse, but obesity of humans isn't the outcome of obese gene mutation, its expression of mRNA in the adipose tissue and plasma leptin levels are positive correlation, It shows that leptin resistance may be one of all causes of human obesity. Thus, the objective of the present study was to analyze the correlations between the plasma leptin concentration and adipose tissue and to test thoroughly the relationship between the plasma leptin concentration and age, gender, body fat distribution, and testosterone through detecting plasma leptin concentration of a large number of kazark population in Xinjiang.Recently obesity and insulin resistance (IR) are recognized the risk factors of hypertension, they can effect on blood pressure. A host of researches from domestic and abroad convey that leptin is not only associated with obesity but also with lipid, IR, type 2 diabetic mellitus and coronary heart disease (CHD). It is valued that the study of the relationship between leptin and blood pressure, IR. However, some consequences were not consistent and relevant study was insufficient. Thus, the objective of our study was to determine the serum leptin levels of kazark hypertensive patients and analyze the relationship between the serum leptin concentrations and the blood pressure levels.Obesity is called "the first killer of human" and its mortality and morbidity had obviously increased. All over the world, medicinal scientists want to get a breakoutly advanced progress from gene. There are some differences between the sensitivities and resistances to the diseases in the different races, nationalities, populations and different body. It is very important to investigate the gene polymorphism.A growing body of evidence supports that obesity can result in IR directly and the fat and its dysdistribution are a sign of occuring IR. The imbalance of body energy metabolism can result in obesity. Recently the research between the adipocyte-derived hormone leptin and its receptorduring the energy intake, β3 -adrenoceptor and the uncoupling protein gene during the energy expenditure has been greatly payed attention. The protein UCP gene (human chromosome 4q31) coded is located in the intermembrane. It is a kind of proton carrier. UCP alters respiration coupling and dissipates oxidation energy as heat. UCP gene is associated with the increased speed of body fat, the polymorphic site is due to A to G point variation at position -3826bp in the 5' flanking genetic domain of UCP. At present, the report about the relationship between the variant of UCP gene and lipid metabolism, the capacity of...
