Objective (1) Study the the effect and mechanism of HYTMC in the treatment of Atherosis (AS).(2) Explore the inflammatory mechanism of AS.Methods: (1) Several disease model of Hyperlipemia and Atherosis were established to study the effect and mechanism of HYTMC in the treatment of Hyperlipemia and Atherosis (AS). (2) To probe the mechanism of HYTMC on AS, this study chose the rabbit model of AS, and observed the effect of HYTMC on protecting the function of endothelial cell and inhibiting the inflammation of endothelial cell (3) To explore the inflammatory mechanism of AS .this study observed the following markers such as ox-LDL, endotheHal cell, matrix metalloproteinase , NF-KB, etc.Results: (1) There was evident difference between HYTMC group and model group in TC,TG, atheromatous degrees bloodstream, MDA, NO, ET, PGI2, TXA2, VCAM-1, TNF- a and NF- K Bp65 . While there was no difference in SOD, MMP-2 and TIMP-2. The results of the experiments showed that the effect of HYTMC at AS and Hyperlipemia was significant and clear-cut, and HYTMC can meliorate the bloodstream. The mechanism of HYTMC on AS may related to protecting endothelial cell and inhibiting the inflammation of endothelial cell, and did not depend on the stability of plague .(2) Ox-LDL ,as a damnous factor , induce the damnification of endothelial cell, then activation and excretion a mount of cytokine and adherence factor. The latter promote leucocyte- endothelial cell adhension and hyperplasia of smooth muscle. Consequently Chronic inflammation of AS comes into being, this pathology process is controlled by NF- K B, and take on character as inflammation of endothelial cell.
