The Clinical And Mechanism Research On The Therapy Of Senile Hoary Hair By Scalp Point-Through-Point Method

This study is about the clinical and experiment research on the therapy of senile hoary-hair by scalp point-through-point method. And the contrast- research of clinical effect, among the acupuncture group, the Chinese medicines group, the western medicines group and the control group, showed the acupuncture could treat senile hoary-hair and clinical value. Then the scalp acupuncture method was put forward. And in the same time we analyzed the content change of Mg, Zn, Ca, Fe and Cu in the hair, the peak value charge of scalp TCD (ECA, STA and OA) inner structure change of the hair by scanning and transmission election microscope before therapy and after. And we discussed the mechanism that scalp point-through-point method treated senile hoary-hair .The results showed:1. The effect on the treatment of senile hoary-hair by scalp point-though-point method was obviously superior to the Chinese medicines .The total effective and effectual rate were respectively 78.3% and 26.7%.2. The scalp TCD proved the occurrence of hoary-hair was related to the decreasing of extraction blood-flow and the abnormal content of microelement.3. The scalp point-through- point could significantly amplify the peak value of ECA, STA and OA .The Chinese medicines had the effect to adjust the flow of ECA, STA and OA. But the western medicines had a little .It proved that the acupuncture was obviously superior to the Chinese medicines about the adjustment effect.4. The acupuncture could improve the content of Mg, Zn, Ca, Fe and Cu in the hair and the metabolism of hair .The Chinese group could improve the absorption of Mg, Zn and Cu, but little to Ca, Fe.5. The peculiarity from hoary-hair to black hair indicated that the larger the hoary proportion the better the effect was by scalp point-though-point method. And the change was from edge to center, and the occiput and cupular part were superior to the tempora and frontal part.6. The scalp point-though-point method could also treat baldness and made the calvous part to grow black hair again.The above results showed the adjustment to microelement content and cerebral blood flow was one of mechanism on the therapy of senile hoary-hair by the scalp point-though-point method. And them proved the effect of acupuncture was obvious on senile hoary-hair .In the same time the results that the hoary became the black and the calvous part grown again pointed out acupuncture could adjust the process of life activity.
