This scientific study investigated on the response in the brain in the terms of focal cerebral blood perfusion and functional activities reflecting stimulating among scalp acupuncture regions, different body acupuncture points, different electric frequency applied on acupuncture needles, in order to give evidences of the therapeutical effects of acupuncture. And thus included that:1. In response to the stimulation of acupuncture, as for the improvement of focal cerebral blood flow perfusion of the regions of the brain interested, there was no significant statistical difference between acupuncture stimulating on the ipsilateral and contra lateral anterior parietotemporal line.2. There was no difference between the effects improving the functional activities of the brain by applying scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture in the treatment of wind stroke.3. There was no difference between the effects improving the functional activities of the brain by applying acupuncture on Yin Meridian points and Yang Meridian points in the treatment of wind stroke.4. As for the frequencies applied on the needles, it was showed that higher frequency electric acupuncture stimulation worked better than that of low frequency, on the condition that the stimulating intensity was 20mA while the stimulating duration was 30min. The differences was of statistical significance.
