The Clinical Study On ShengQingXieZHuoTang(SQXZT) In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure

Chronic renal failure (CRF) is a result of many kinds of nephropat. It is very difficult to treat it. Recently, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), as a nondialytic treatment for postponing CRF progress is paid more attention day by day. As the specialists doing more deep and widespread researches on the theory, clinic and experiment, the research and development which TCM treat on CRF' s has a bright and broad prospect. Combing the TCM mechanism of CRF that failure of spleen and kindney, turbid stasis in the Three Jiao, with the modern medicine theory, professor HongQinguo constructs the SQXZT, and use it cure CRF, It has a convinced curative effect. Through this study, we are about the clinical effect and a great progress on TCM treating CRF' s mechanism. Objective:1. To summarize the knowledge and the development of modern research in the CRF with the viewpoint of TCM.2. To observe the clinical effect of the SQXZT on CRF.3. To Discuss the mechanism of CRF and choose effective Chinese medcince.Methods:1. Review of publications: we Summarized and evaluated the research situations of CRF in TCM through reviewing lots of the medical articles in the ancient and the research methods of CRF in the word. The modern TCM doctor' s practic and the ancient literature on frequent vomiting and dysuria, renal injury, renal wind syndrome, difficult in urination(Long Bi), urination toxin. provide valuable experience for the therapeutics of CRF and modern medicine cure CRF on etiopathogenisis, pathomechanism, diacrisis, therapy.2. Clinic Study: Choose 50 patients by the standard of choosing case strictly. Of these samples, 2 patients changed choice for hemodialysis before they finish the treatment, 1 patient accepted the operation of renal transplanting, 1 patient died, and 46 patients finished the study. Compare the chang of symptom, renal function, blood analyse, bloodbiochemistry after treatment of the 46 patients. Result:1. All-around effected and symptom changing: As the result showed from the clinic observing, the availability of the treatment is 86.9%. The integral of symptom decreased with different degrees after the treatment. The symptoms of the desease had remarkable significance compared with the symptoms before the treatment(P<0.01), such as inappetencecy, dizzy, nause, vomiting, swelling, vertigo, vultus.2. The changing of renal function: After the treatment, the index of Scr, UA, CCr were decreased sincerely, and had remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment. (P<0. 01). Though the index of BUN was decreased, it has no remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment (P>0.05).3.The changing of the index of Hb, RBC, Alb, PLT: After the treatment, the index of Hb, ALb were increased with different degrees, index of Hb had remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment. (P<0.01). The index of Alb has no remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment (P>0. 05). Compared with the level of RBC and PLT before the treatment, it decreased a little.4.The changing of K+, Na+, Ca2+, P3+: After the treatment, the index of K+ was increased with different degrees, but it has no remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment (P>0.05). The index of Ca2+ were increased sincerely, and had remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment (P<0. 05). The index of P3+ were decreased sincerely, and had remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment (P<0.01).5. The changing of blood-fat: Only the level of HDL decreased sincerely, and had remarkable significance compared with the index before the treatment (P<0.01). Other index of blood-fat decreased with certain degrees, but had no remarkable significance (P>0. 05).Conclusion:1.The effectiveness of SQXZT is distinguished for patients who have CRF. For most of the patients(about 86.9%), it can control the desease effectively, make the level of Scr, BUN decreased, and increase the level of Ccr and Hb. So that is to say SQXZT can prevent or postpone the progress of early and middle stage of CRF, protect the renal function, improve the quality of patient' s live.2. SQXZT make the level of HDL increase and the level of LDL, Chol, TG decrease. That is to say SQXZT can cure CRF through adjusting metabolism of lipids.3. SQXZT can postpone the progress of renal failure through adjust the level of Ca2+ and P3+ which were abnormal to protect the renal function.4. The rate of recurring is low in our following up with 23 patients who were better than before. Three of them had recurred because of tiring.
