The Research Of TCM "Deficiency Of Heart-Qi" Syndrome Of CHF

Objective: to research the mechanisim of "Deficiency of Heart Qi" syndrome in TCM on CHF rat model. And try to find a new way to research the mechanisim of TCM syndrome on pharmacology animal model.Methords:1. Research the character of TCM syndrome on 124 patients with CHF, to learn the syndromes distribution situation in CHF patients.2. we evaluated the effects of the Qiangxinpian and extract of Chinese Silivine Root-bark on Langendorff isolated heart perfusion system.3. We made CHF rat model trough coronary artery ligation, then treat it with two diffirent Chinese herbs: Qiangxinpian and Shenfu Qiangxinwan, observe change of their heart function.4. We made CHF rat model trough coronary artery ligation, then treat it with two diffirent Chinese herbs: Qiangxinpian and Shenfu Qiangxinwan, observe the change of their nerve- incretion system.Results:1.103 CHF patients were diagnosed as "Deficiency of Heart Qi" syndrome, 83.1% of total cases. The course of diseases of patients with "Deficiency of Heart Qi" syndrome was shorter than the others. And their heart function were also better, heart dilatate function were worse2. The result of Langendorff experiment showed that, extract of Chinese Silivine Root-bark can improve not only LVSP but also LVEDP, but Qiangxinpian can improve LVSP, meanwhile can reduce LVEDP, had a bi-directional regulate action.
