Purpose:this article is from the theories, clinical, animal experimented three aspects to study the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, and function and mechanism with catgut implantation at acupoint of simple obesity.Method:(1)theories research aspect, we analyze the cognition about simple obesity the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine, and based on induced the traditional literature and view of researcher. (2)Clinical research aspect, choice 35 simple obesity patients with catgut implantation at acupoint treatment for 3 months. Observe change and correlation with patients'BM,F%,body girth,skin fold thickness,insulin sensitiviness and leptin,insulin,blood fat, and to recognize the effect character and possible mechanism of catgut implantation at acupoint treatment.(3)Animal experiment aspect, with catgut implantation at acupoint and sibutramine treatment 40 Diet-induced obesity male Sprague-Dawly rats.Result:(1)theories research aspect, propose that entrails Functional disorder (major the spleen and stomach) induce yin-yang disharmony that principal disturbance is phlegmatic hygrosis ento-stagnate is the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine about simple obesity.(2)Clinical research aspect, The clinical total effective rates were 82.85%. These results demonstrate that firstly the catgut implantation at acupoint treatment have function of decreasing weight and fat, secondly mechanism of catgut implantation at acupoint treatment may correlation with decrease serum leptin and insulin concentration, correlation with increase serum leptin and insulin sensitiviness, rectificate the disorder of blood sugar and blood fat, And to amelioration pancreatic endocrine secretion and metabolic effect of adipose cell, so achieve decreasing weight and fat. (3) Animal experiment aspect, These results demonstrate that:1) body weight and Lees index of obesity rats are both significant descent by catgut implantation at acupoint (P<0.001), and treat effect have an advantage sibutramine's.2) catgut implantation at acupoint function of decrease fat may correlation with following effect:①catgut implantation at acupoint increase expression of Hypothalamic ARC OB-RmRNA and INSRmRNA, and improve blood-brain transport disorder of insulin and leptin in fat body;②catgut implantation at acupoint increase expression of adipose tissue INSRmRNA, and elevate expression ofβ3-ARmRNA and UCP2mRNA of white Adipose tissue;③catgut implantation at acupoint increase expression of pancreas OB-RmRNA, and improve organism indiscriminate "adipose-pancreas axle".3) catgut implantation at acupoint and sibutramine are all effective weight reduction means, but the effect of catgut implantation at acupoint is better, the two's contradistinction is that catgut implantation at acupoint can accommodate organism from centre and periphery, but sibutramine's effect mainly regulate the centre, and effect of regulating periphery is inferior.Conclusion:research reveal that catgut implantation at acupoint optimum accommodate hormone, acceptor, related gene and protein expression by neuroregulation,neuroendocrine regulation, cell-molecule regulation on different level, organization, multitarget, polynucleation, and retrieve insulin resistance and leptin resistance of center and periphery, reverse dysfunction of nerve, endocrine, metabolism mainly disorder of lipid metabolism, and restrain ingest of energy, increase energy consumption, and ultimately implement to reduce weight.
