The Research Of Curative Effect On Hematopoiesis Regulation Factors Of Chronic Aplastic Anemia By Promote Kidney And Tonify Bone Method

Objective:To observe how promote kidney and tonify bone herbs to regulate hematopoiesis regulation factors of kidney deficient chronic aplastic anemia patients,and discuss relativity between different kidney deficiency syndromes and hematopoiesis regulation factors,and regulation mechanism of kidney promote herbs.Methods:120 cases of chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases treated with herbs(24 cases of kidney-Yang deficiency 37 cases of kidney- Yin deficiency 29 cases of kidney-Yin and Yang deficiency),and 30 cases treated with chemical. Bone marrow cultivated upper clear fluid and bone marrow monocyte of all patients before and after treatment were collected.Besides these 10 cases of volunteers' bone marrow were collected as normal contrast.Hematopoiesis regulation factors such as EPO, SCF, GM-CSF, IL-3 TNF- α , IFN- γ and mRNA semi-quantitative expression were observed by ELISA and RT-PCR; Curative effects of different herbs such as warming kidney-Yang nourishing kidney-Yin and regulating kidney-Yin and Yang to kidney deficient chronic aplastic anemia patients and regulation mechanism of above hematopoiesis regulation factors were discussed.Results:1 The level of EPO SCF. GM-CSF IL-3 in chronic aplastic anemia patients was lower obviously than contrast and that of TNF- α.
