The Research Of Curative Effect And Mechanism On Chronic Aplastic Anemia By Bushen Formula

Aplastic anemia is a kind of reduced proliferation disease of bone marrow, which threatens peoples' lives and health seriously. Clinical studies prove that Bushen Formula could improve the curative effect. Through clinical studies of one and half a year, we found that the total effective rate of Bushen recipe reach 85 % and Bushen recipe can improve the clinical features, the complete blood count and the proliferation of bone marrow. In control group the total effective rate of Western medicine reach 70%, less than Bushen recipe groups. This study probed into the function mechanism of Bushen Formula thoroughly through the culture of bone marrow mononuclear cells and RT-PCR technique. We found that Bushen recipe could improve the level of positive factors of hematopoiesis regulation as IL-3, decrease the level of negative factors of hematopoiesis regulation as IFN-r , TNF-a . It could regulate the disorders of immunity, relieve the arrest of hematopoiesis, then achieve anticipated response. At the same time, we found that the disorders of hematopoiesis regulation factors in shenyinxu syndrome is more obvious than in shenyangxu syndrome. And the curative effect in shenyangxu syndrome is better than in shenyinxu syndrome.
