The Research Of Curative Effect And Mechanism On Hematopoiesis Regulation By Dangguibuxuetang Formula

Objective:To observe the effect of Dangguibuxuetang in stimulating the proliferation of blood cells and depressing the disorders of immunity. Methods:(1)In the clinical study,40 patients with chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(23 cases) was treated with Dangguibuxuetangjiawei combined with Stanozolol and the control group(17 cases) was treated with Stanozolol.The clinical effect were observed during the course.(2)In the empirical study, 56 BALB-c mice were randomly divided into two groups: Bone Marrow Transplantation(24 mice,BMT), Bone Marrow Transplantation with Dangguibuxuetang treated group(24 mice,BMT + Dangguibuxuetang),and normal group(8 mice,without any treatment), total 3 groups.The BMT group treated with normal saline 0.2 ml by gastrogavage, twice a day. The Dangguibuxuetang group treated with Dangguibuxuetang 0.2 ml by gastrogavage, twice a day. The following parameters were observed in the day 1,11 and 22:peripheral blood cells,bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMNC),the levels of IL-2 and CD34.Results:(l)After clinical studies of one year and a half,we found that the total effective rate of the treatment group( receiving Dangguibuxuetangjiawei combined with stanozolol) reaches 78.3 %, while the control group reaching 52.9%, which shows significantly difference between them. The combination of Dangguibuxuetangjiawei formula and stanozolol has been proved to improve the clinical manifestations,the condition of complete blood count and the proliferation of bone marrow. (2)It is confirmed that Dangguibuxuetang formula could not only accelerate the resume of mice's hemogram and bone marrow mononuclear cells after BMT but also increase the proliferation of lymphocytes, the level of IL-2 and CD34, ameliorate the microenvironment of bone marrow.Conclusion:Dangguibuxuetang could regulate the disorders of immunity,stimulate the hematopoiesis.
