Study On The Effect Of Yiweining On Experimental Endometriosis

Based on the summery of studies of endometriosis, this research summurized professor Mabaozhang's clinical experiment on treating endometriosis and made an experiment in animal for researching mechanism of YWN.On successfully creating EM model of rats,we investigate histomorphology,the level of IL-8 with RIA and MCP-1 with ELISA,the positive expression of TGF-β₁ and E-cad protein in the focal tissue with immunohistochemical method,and the positive expression of MMP-2mRNA and TIMP-2mRNA in the focal tissue with In situ hybridization. Result: 1.YWN depress ear swelling made by dimethybenzene-stimulating and wrestle reaction by acetic acid.2.IL-8 and MCP-1 was down-regulated in serum by YWN.3.TGF-β₁ protein expression of ectopic endometriotic tissue was down-regulated and E-cad protein expression of eutopic tissue was high-regulated by YWN.4.The expression of MMP-2mRNA /TIMP-2mRNA was regulated,their banlance return to normal. Conclusion: l.YWN has function of anti-inflammation and analgesia.2.YWN can return to the dynamic equilibrium of cytokines.3.Through the investigation of TGF-β₁, E-cad, MMP-2 mRNA and TIMP-2mRNA,YWN can change the adhesion,invasive and angiogenesis of the focal tissue,reduce the ectopic and eutopic capacity of invasive,metastasis and implantion.
