Purpose:To explore the pathogensis of endometriosis and therapeutic mechanism ofYWN.Method:On successfully creating EM model of rats, we investigate histomorphology, the level of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in serum with ELISA, the positive expressions of EGF, PDGF, bcl-2 and bax protein in the focal tissue with immunohistochemical method, and the positive expressions of bcl-2 mRNA and bax mRNA in the focal tissue with In situ hybridization.Result:1. The level of IL-2 in serum was lower in EM group than that in normal group, while the level of 11-10 was higher.2.The positive expressions of bcl-2 mRNA and protein in the focal tissue were higher in EM group than that in normal group, while the positive expressions of bas mRNA and protein were lower.3.The positive expressions of EOF and PDGF protein in the focal tissue were higher in EM group than that in normal group.Conclusion:1 .The imbalance of immune system may be related to the occurrence and development of EM.2.The abatement of programmed cell death in ectopic endometrium may play an important role in the development of EM.3.The growth of new vessels in ectopic endometrium could promote the implantation and growth of ectopic endometrium.4.YWN could regulate the imbalance of immune system, induce programmed cell death in ectopic endometrium, and inhibit the growth of new vessels in ectopic endometrium. |
