The heart valve lesion is one of the main causes harmful to human health. There have been approximate 100 prosthetic heart valves since 1960s, but they couldn't overcome the disadvantages of themselves. In 1962, homograft valve was used in aortic or pulmonary valve replacement. Its' advantages, such as favorable biologic characteristics and excellent hemodynamic performance, were excited. Some authors devoted to implanting it on atrioventricular valve site. Now, the semilunar homograft valve inverted implantation and mitral homograft valve implantation were common methods, but these methods had some shortcomings, for example, difficult surgical technique and uneasy to spread. We conceived of constructing the stented homograft valve which combined favorable biologic characteristics of homograft and mature techniques of bioprosthetic valve together. It can be preserved by liquid nitrogen, and easy to use in surgery. In the first part of study, we selected some materials of frame, which can be cyropreserved, and establish the method of the stented...
