The congenital hydronephrosis is a common disorder in pediatric surgery.The renal function evaluation of hydronephrotic kidneys have been investigated as a clinical difficult question because damage degree of hydronephrotic kidneys often involves choice of treatment ways and predictive value of curative effects.So far, the mainly means for evaluating damage degree of hydronephrotic kidneys are imageology examination and Pathology changes. Howerve, there exists many shortcoming using imageology examination and Pathology changes to evaluate renal function. Up to now, there is still no generally accepted and simple means to evaluate damage degree of hydronephrotic kidneys in UPJO.Objective : To investigate urinary protein and hemodynamics changes of hydronephrotic kidney among pathology grades in children with ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) .
