Trauma of blood vessel is very common in war condition and the bleedings due to the trauma are fierce. The bleeding parts are always located in the great vessels of pate and trunk. If it isn't treated in time, it will cause hemorrhoe. The more severe result is that it affects the blood-supply of brain directly and haematoma may form. The haematoma can oppress organaround such as trachea, oesophagus, thyroidea, nerves and so on. Severe complications of nervous system, kidney and limbs will appear and the life of the wounds will be threatened at last. Now, the oppression of tourniquet is often used in the field first aid, however the haemostasis effect of traditional cuff tourniquet can not used in the great vessels of pate and trunk. And very good because it can not oppress the blood vessel directly and the blood current of vein is blockaged together. As a result, congestion and thrombopoiesis will aggravate the traumatic condition. Based on the conditions above and our blest experiences of rescuing 20 patients with hemorrhoea caused by the injury of the great vessels of pate and trunk, We think it is necessary to develop a new, scientific and simple operated tourniquet in blood vessel to stop bleeding quickly without x-ray. Used in war or patients in great numbers with hemorrhoea caused by the injury of the great vessels of pate and trunk in peace time. Based on this idea, we investigated the anatomy of great vessels, an animal experiment undertaked to study the effect of...
