The Experimental Study And Clinic Research On Endovascular Treating Aortic Aneurysm With Domestic Made Stent-graft

Purpose: Through animal test, evaluate the feasibility of substituting imported stent-graft with those domestic made, and provide basic experimental date for clinic study. At the same time, through clinic research, compared the domestic stent-graft with those imported, investigate whether the domestic made stent-graft is superior in treating effect and safety.Method: The first part: 1. Investigate the local tissue reaction of domestic stent-graft. Employed 10 NewZealand rabbits, included 5 female and 5 male, randomly divided these rabbits into two groups. To treated group, planted polytef polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) in the muscle besides the back bone. To the control group, planted the silicone rubber at the same position. Observed the tissue reaction around the graft at 1 week, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, 26 weeks and 52 weeks after the operation respectively. 2.
