Mechanism Of Huatan Huoxue Fang On Fat In Blood Of Rats Hyperlipidemia Models

Objectives : To explore etiological factors, pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia,and relation between hyperlipidemia and phlegm , stasis by summaring and analysising the current documents .Through observing the influence of Huatan Huoxue Fang on ratty experimental hyperlipidemia , the author wish to discover the working mechanism of the Huatan Huoxue Fang on lipoprotein in blood.Methods : 1, The theoretial research adopts bibliographicretrieval method, combine the experience of clinic practice. 2, Therats were divided into six groups randomly: normal group; modelgroup; simvastatin group; Huatan Huoxue Fang group of small dose;Huatan Huoxue Fang group of middle dose and large dose group. Themodel was made by the method of feeding with high-fat food. After 30days of feeding with high-fat food, take the blood and hepatic todo examinations as follows: (1) the levels of lipoprotein andapolipoprtein in blood. (2) the expression of protein in hepatic,which was observed via immunocytochemistry, those kinds of proteinwere ICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP-land NF-KB. (3) the gene expression of ABCA1and ApoE in hepatic , which was detected by In Situ Hybridization.Results : 1 The etiological factors of hyperlipidemia includingexterior factors and interior factors. Like to eat fat orsweet foods is exterior factor . Interior facts are manyfactors leading the disorder of ZangFu .which make the fatproduced and stayed in the body. 2 Huatan Huoxue Fang coulddecrease the level of TC, TG, LDL-C,ApoB and increase the level ofHDL-C, ApoAI in rat of experimental hyperlipidemia (P<0. 05 or P<0.01).
