| Purpose:Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases are clinical commonly encountered diseases,it have the high disablement rate and high mortality.In recent years,the disease has a rising incidence. With the application of thrombolytic therapy,the reperfusion injury is paid to more and more attention. Studies showed that the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was closely associated with neuronal cell apoptosis,inflammatory reaction,overload of calcium, production of oxygen free radicals and toxicity of excitatory amino acid.The prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury have aroused public attention.
