Its effect is notable to treat ischemia stroke by modified recipe by doctors.Acording to the theory of ralation of Qi and blood, basing on the theory and clinical reserch for long time, my instructors pointed out that the symptoms of "deficiency of Qi and blood stasis" is the pathological basis ischemia stroke of every period, deficiency of Qi and blood is common symptoms, invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation is basic treatment method, Bu Yang Huan Wu Decoction is representative recipe. To reveal the mechanism of Bu YangHuanWu Decoction resisting cerebral ischemia, we carried on clinical and experiment study. On cilical study, we selected 30 cases acute cerebral thrombosis patients, taken of Bu Yang Huan Wu infusion, comparing with 20 cases of taking Xiao Shuan Tong Luo piece, observing the score of nerve defect and symstomes of TCM, changes of blood flow of .cerebral ischemia patients . Its result indicuted that BuYangHuanWu Decoction can decrease the score, bood and plasma viscosity, fibrillar proteinogen, increase the rate of cure and its effect is notable, comparing with the orther group , there is moresignificantly deffirence. On experiment study, we made the model of ischemic-reperfusion of rat, observing the BuYangHuanWu Decoction and separate groups astragalus and promoting circulation group influence on model, examining the content of SOD, MDA, NO in serum and brain, water and Ca2+ in brain, content of TXB2 and 6-Keto-PGF1a in plasma, nerve apoptotic cells with TUNEL, protein expression of bcl-2 and Bax with immunohistoc-hemical method. It make clear that Bu Yang HuanWu Decoction and astragalus, promoting circulation group can increase the content of SOD, 6-Keto-PGF1a , decrease MDA, NO, water, Ca2+, TXB2, restrain rat brain nerve cells apoptosis and expression level of bax , remove expression level of bcl-2 . general prescription have notable effect. Conclusion has made that BuYangHuanWuTang can restain cerebral ischemia , which mechanism related to restain free basis, Ca2+overloaded, inhibit cerebral ischemia nerve cells apotosis,regulate and control related gene.
