Objective: â‘ To build up the mouse model of myocardial infarction; â‘¡To separate and confirm the effective portion of Rhodiola rosea;â‘¢To study the physical and chemical propertyes of the utility potion and build up the producing program of the utility portion preparation; â‘£To pharmacokinetics procedure of the utility portion preparation.Methods: â‘ the ICR mouse was selected as model animal. The mouse model of myocardial infarction was induced by ligating the mouse coronary artery. We mensurated the heart function and blood dynamics to ensure the success of the operation. We increase the reproduction of operation by determining the myocardial infarction area. â‘¡The polarity portions of Rhodiola rosea were separated by the syste-solvent methods. The mouse model of myocardial infarction was used to screen the effective portion.â‘¢After studied the physical and chemical properties, we selected the drop pills as the dosage form of the effective portion. The roundness, hygroscopity and dissolubility were selected as observation indexes, we screened the base and cooling agent according the uniform design. Then we set up the overall desirability which includes the roundness, hygroscopity and pills weight difference. And we screened the formula composition and the production program of drop pills according to the orthogonal design.
