It is the theoretical sources to goes back to the history of amalgamation between China’s art and the Western, Analysis the causes as well as the necessity and feasibility of amalgamation between China’s art and the Western, On this basement, analysis and interpretation the amalgamation between China’s art and the Western of the first 17 years during the New China’s thematic creation. After Combing the phenomena of the amalgamation between China’s art and the Western during the first 17 years in New China’s thematic creation, Using structural theory, Analysis the relationship between the thematic painting and ideology, the thematic painting and the spirit of the era, and other aspects of the relationship,in order to get the reason and the Power source of the amalgamation between China’s art and the Western, Then, Search for logically associated with the current. Firstly, Reveal the problems in the traditional Chinese painting, and its limitations in the thematic creation, So draw conclusion about the necessity of the amalgamation between China’s art and the Western. Through historical data comparisons and the problems representative case studies of artists and their works, analysis The reason of the amalgamation between China’s art and the Western of the first 17 years during the New China’s thematic creation in historical context.
