The dissertation explores the relationship between the civic education and the reconstruction of minorities’identity series in political perspective in the process of the state construction. The article focuses on the tensions between the Civic Education and the minorities identity Series, on the basis of general investigation of the minorities identity Series changes in different periods, takes close eyes on the process of forms of National identity in Southwest minorities, and attempts to prove its theoretic logic through historical and Practical analysis.This dissertationvelops on the premise that there are different identities series in any political system.
