The Revolutionary Practice And Experience Enlightenment Of Hunan Female Communist Party Members(1921-1934)

Under the influence of the May 4th Movement,Hunan female students set up women’s associations to participate in political movements,or called for equal rights for men and women,or held high the banner of scientific democracy,and fiercely criticized the feudal autocracy,which not only showed the unique spiritual outlook of Hunan women,but also represented the It reflects the common aspirations of women in that era to pursue equality and liberation.Hunan female CCP members are new-type intellectuals who grew up during the May 4th Movement,and are also outstanding representatives of the most advanced women of that era.Through the investigation of 78 Hunan female CCP members,we found that the infiltration of Hunan culture,the catalysis of the May 4th Movement’s awareness of equality between women and men in Hunan,and the family environment,parents and brothers and other objective factors were closely related to their participation in the student movement in Hunan girls’ schools.Subjective factors such as their experience of marriage,their resistance to marriage oppression,the formation of womens emancipation,and their identification with early Marxism,these subjective and objective factors work together to make them become the first batch of Chinese Communist Party members and participate in revolutionary practice.From the late May 4th Movement to around the period of the Great Revolution,they participated in a series of revolutionary practices such as women’s liberation movement,leading workers’ and peasants’ movements,leading troops to fight,and participating in anti-imperialist patriotic movements.During the period of the Central Soviet Area,they carried out revolutionary struggles and engaged in underground work;they participated in the red expansion movement,mobilized the masses to join the army;they carried out cultural work and strengthened revolutionary propaganda;they launched and led the peasant women’s movement in the Soviet area,so that women in the Soviet area gained many rights.In short,they led the people to strive for national independence and liberation with their indomitable revolutionary will and tenacious revolutionary spirit.Under the influence of the unprecedented changes in a century and the global epidemic,the Chinese Communists are once again facing severe tests.The following experiences and inspirations can be drawn from the revolutionary practice of Hunan-born female CPC members:adhere to the people-centered development philosophy and serve the people wholeheartedly;strengthen the construction of female cadres and focus on cultivating outstanding female party members;carry forward the spirit of Hunan and Hunan female heroes,inherit the red culture.Under the new historical conditions,we must adhere to the original intention of the Chinese Communists to "serve the people",inherit the revolutionary practice and heroic spirit of the Hunan female Communist Party members,and strive for the realization of the "two centenary goals" and the greatness of the Chinese nation.Continue to strive for the Chinese dream of revival.
