Study On Mass Production Movement In Northern Manchuria Revolutionary Base Area (1945-1949)

Because of its special geographical position,the revolutionary base of North Manchuria is of great significance to the liberation of northeast China and even the liberation war of the whole country.During the War of Liberation,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the vast army and people in the Northern Manchuria revolutionary base carried out a vigorous production campaign.They were self-reliant and worked hard.Under extremely difficult circumstances and conditions,they basically achieved self-sufficiency.Moreover,they increased the financial revenue of the government and laid a solid material foundation for the final victory of the War of Liberation.The large-scale production movement in the northern Manchuria revolutionary base area was carried out under the action of many factors.After Japan surrendered in1945,Northeast China became the focus of fierce competition among the three countries and four parties.Especially,as the Policy of the Communist Party of China on Northeast China changed from "monopolizing northeast China" to "getting out of the way and occupying both sides",it made great efforts to establish the Northern Manchuria revolutionary base,which was actively supported by the local people.It created a good external environment for the great production movement in the northern Manchuria revolutionary base area.To open foreign trade channels,to complete the task of export agricultural products,the Soviet union to overcome Bei Man revolutionary base areas are faced with the severe economic crisis and financial crisis,seize northeast liberation war and the victory of the war of national liberation,the communist party of China actively learn from represented by the shensi-kansu-ningsia border region inside shanhaiguan pass motion mass production experience,in the revolutionary bases of Bei Man production campaigns.The large-scale production movement in the Northern Manchuria revolutionary base area was mainly carried out from three aspects: agriculture,industry and commerce.Among them,the agricultural production movement has experienced four stages of gestation,launch,promotion and climax,and then taking Hejiang Province as a typical case,the analysis of hejiang province agricultural production movement in improving people’s life,to ensure the front army grain supply has played a positive role.The industrial production movement can be divided into three stages: initial recovery stage,development stage and full recovery stage.Then taking Qiqihar as a typical case,the paper analyzes the recovery and development of state-owned industry,private industry and cooperative industry in Qiqihar city.The commercial production movement can be divided into three stages: decentralized management,development of foreign trade and centralized unification.Taking Harbin as a typical case,this paper analyzes the recovery and development of public commerce,public-private joint venture commerce,cooperative commerce and private commerce in Harbin.Tracing back to the source,the COMMUNIST Party of China in the Northern Manchuria revolutionary base area to meet the fundamental interests of the masses as the purpose,seize the different work focus in different periods of the northern Manchuria revolutionary base area,constantly adjust the work focus of the large-scale production movement,promote the large-scale production movement to go deeper,achieved good results.The extensive campaigns to participate in groups,push Bei Man economic recovery and development of the revolutionary base areas,strengthen the national liberation war strategy front,for the northeast liberation war,the victory of the war of national liberation and provides ample supplies,and to train a large number of new China’s economic construction excellent finance cadre,Close northeast liberated area and Soviet union economic connection.
