Hot words on the Internet, such as "silver-spoon kids", "poor second generation", "2nd Official Generation", "celebrities", "children of monopolized industries owners", and the descendents of CPC founding fathers" merge into our daily life from the virtual space. They nearly become the synonyms of people from all walks of life, which reflect the trend of the increasingly stubborn social class structure and cause high attention of p-eople from all walks of life.In essence, the attention of the "2nd generation" is the attention to the numerous co-ntradictions and problems which exposed from the deep social transition during the 30 years of the reform and opening-up policy taking effect. The pace of social structural re-form and adjustment fall behind the economic development obviously and adjustment of conomic structure seriously. These backward presentations present in the social mobi-lity competition, because of the enhancements leading role of the ascriptive factors and the sufficient show of the significance of the family backg round, the so cial hie rarchy of fathers and sons does not change fundamentally. Many uneven phenomenon become figure prominently day by day, such as the hereditary stability of the family background , the unfair competition in life, uneven development opportunities.Rethinking the problem of solidified stratum during the period of social transition, exploring the social crucial reason of the "2nd generation", and reducing the spontaneity and blindness of the floating between generations can make up the breakage and misun-derstanding between different social classes. By lucubrating the formation mechanism of the "2nd generation" and boosting the reformation in the social field can contribute to eliminate the discrepancy of inequality of the social status, promote social integration, and improve social vitality.This paper comprehensively analyzes the external representation of groups and the deep-seated reasons of the "second generation" phenomenon from the perspective of social justice, based on the history and tradition, an international outlook and current conditions, to find a valid path to social mobility, boosting the fair growth of the young generation. The full text is divided into six sections:The first chapter is an introduction section. It introduces the reason of topic selection, sorts out transfer process of the three words "rich second generation", "poor second generation" and "official second generation" from the originator to the popular, focuses on how they are transformed from social buzzwords to academic issues and sets out the main ideas and research framework, proposed specific research methods.The second chapter starts from scientific definition of the concept of "second genera-tion"phenomenonthen it gradually reveal the theoretical connotation of "second generat ion"phenomenon, from the surface to the centre.In this chapter, it analyzes the quantity, internal formation, and characteristic of this three typical groups, such as "rich second g eneration", "poor second generation", and "official second generation". On this basis, research on the common of different groups has be taken to state the mechanism reason of the "second-generation" phenomenon and the transmission of social resources from generation to generation.The third chapter focuses on the causes of the "second generation" phenomenon, from the historical roots of the traditional family system, the social transformation of this historical background, to the economic, political, cultural and social constraints of the reality. Comprehensively analyzes the "second generation" phenomenon with wide view, to identify the crux of the problem, to realize "remedy.’The fourth chapter devotes to the fairness considerations about "second genera-tion" phenomenon, to find the hidden fundamental factors as unequal rights, unfair chance and unfair rules behind the "second generation" phenomenon, to see the inherent nature through the superficial phenomenon. On this basis, continue to explore the deep-seated reasons of lack of impartiality mainly because the backward of development concept, the inadequate system to protect, the lag of people’s livelihood, the erosion of capital and power.The fifth chapter further broadens the research on "second generation"phenomenon in developed countries:the United States, Britain and Japan, and some developing countries:Russia and India. In selected countries, some are typical modern developed countries, some are geopolitical countries can be compared with our country, and some have been deeply influenced by the history of China’s traditional culture, and some also are facing profound social transformation. By the research on class curing in these countries,can see the class curing phenomenon caused by unequal of family social capital basically exists in all countries, the key to solve the problem is whether to take effective measures to minimize the survival risk of poor class, provide equitable opportunities for development. These countries have a "second generation" issues can serve as a negative example to learn.The sixth chapter focuses on the path design to crack the "second genera-tion"phenomenon, targeted proposes a "road map" to resolve the "second generation" phenomenon from five major aspects of the social justice advance, the protection of equal fundamental rights, the promotion of social distributive justice, the equalization of basic public services, and the smooth flow of class mobility, in order to promote the construction of a fair, reasonable, open, unimpeded flow mechanism of modern society, to agglomerate confidence and expect from all social sectors, to stimulate the creativity of the whole society.
