The Study Of Atmosphere Of Rich Second Generation From The Perspective Of Social Justice

At present,China is going through the transitional period as well as a period of the highlighted social contradictions.With the deepening of reform and opening up,the "second-generation rich" phenomenon appears to be more dominant.The "second-generation rich" phenomenon refers to the phenomenon that the descent status of the young generation decided and influenced by the parental wealth,class,reputation,interpersonal connection as well as the copying of the parents' rich class status while the intergenerational inheritance.Based on the historical perspective of social justice,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the performance and the deep-seated causes of the "second-generation rich" phenomenon,and put forward a reasonable countermeasure on solving the adverse effects to realize the social justice.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction part,which introduces the reason of the topic,known as the background and significance of the topic.The research has been carefully sorted out,the author's research content and innovation has been clarified and the specific research methods have been put forward.The second chapter mainly explains the "second-generation rich" and "second-generation rich" phenomenon.This paper introduces the backdrop,connotation and classification of the "second-generation rich" group,then summarizes and analyzes the causes of the phenomenon.The third chapter introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of social justice,including the connotation and characteristics of fairness,the relationship between fairness and core values,fairness and efficiency,rights fairness,opportunity fairness,regular fairness,intergenerational justice and so on,which reinforces the theoretical basis.The fourth chapter analyzes the phenomenon of "second-generation rich",the concrete manifestation of "second-generation rich" phenomenon from the aspects of education,employment,class flow,youth values,power corruption and its own dilemma,and thoroughly analyzes the reason of the phenomenon's impact on social justice.The fifth chapter gives a reasonable countermeasure to the impact of social justice.From seven aspects,including perfecting education system and policies,improving the employment and management system,opening up the channels for talents to flow up,guiding the contemporary youth to form the correct values,promoting the reform of distribution and tax system,strengthening the clean government and enhancing the self-promotion of the "second-generation rich",a specific countermeasure is proposed for solving the social problems of "second-generation rich" phenomenon as well as promoting social fairness and justice and harmonious development.
