The Organization And Management Research On Work Efficiency For Counselor Group Of Private College

It raises higher requirements for college counselors both on work quantity and quality, and also means the study and exploration of the work of college counselors need for new theoretical and practical perspective. Strengthening counselors group and creating a professional, career-oriented and specialistic team of counselors are an important issue of the higher education reform and development, and are also significant for the development of private college. The current work of the counselors at private college are confronted with over expectation of the social demands, the heavy burden of administration work, the conflict of multi-roles and the insufficiency of the security mechanism of the counselors group and so on, which have a serious impact on the development and running of private colleges.Analysis of the performance of private college counselors team work situation, identify the specific factors affecting the performance of private college counselors work proposed optimization measures in line with the private college counselor team actual work patterns and scientific and rational organization and management of the project team to achieve career and specialization. Use of project management concepts to improve the theory and practice of private college counselors team work performance, build a "four in one" counselor team project patterns.Questionnaire method and the theory of project management are used in this study to build project teams competency model. Using this model to sort and integrate the counselors’work in complex, informationalized and personalized ideological and political education work situation, in order to run and promote the running system program of private college counselors’work.
