Therefore, we seize the domestic and international tea consumer demand trend, through yet fastening development organic tea, realizing the province of orderly transition tea industry, promoting the overall competitiveness, tea industry in Fujian tea industry has important significance. But as the subject of organic tea production enterprise, its organic tea production decision, and what influence factors by? What about its degree and nature? What about its cost and income of enterprise organic tea production? All these should require a system to be researched and analyzed.This article through qualitative and quantitative research methods, the organic tea in clear direction for future development of tea industry on the basis of using binary logistic model, analyzed the influence of the organic tea production enterprise c-d production factor of production function estimates the enterprise organic tea production economic benefits, the net present value of the estimated using method of the organic tea production enterprise ecological effect. Main draws the following conclusions:Firstly, tea enterprise attributes of organic tea production has important influence on the choice. Using field survey questionnaire to collect data, using the tea enterprise managers age, enterprise’s type, enterprises have the tea plantation area, enterprise base production mode and enterprise brand strength as the basic variable, through the sample descriptive statistical analysis, the research result indicates that: the first is the tea enterprise mainly managers age is older, the tendency of the production of organic tea is taller, relatively young managers also willing to try the production of organic tea, and more confidence; the second is because the production of organic tea need more complex and strict production process and the abundant capital, because the enterprise processing with relatively abundant capital and higher production processing level, the more likely the production of organic tea; The third is have tea plantation area, the tea enterprise tend to produce organic tea, the main reason is to use its own tea garden planting organic tea part of the business, not the risk to bring not; the fourth is half the original ecological pattern of raw material base relative artificially ecological raw material base, and tends to the production of organic tea; Five is a brand advantages of the leading enterprises prefer the production of organic tea, because famous brand easier access to consumer trust.Secondly, labor, capital, technology input for tea enterprise organic tea economic ascension has an important role.
