This paper analyzed the risk of China’s coal business marketing and earlywarning management in depth implementing marketing theory, risk theory, risktheory of marketing, marketing early warning theory with the application ofqualitative analysis and quantitative research as well as principal component analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On theconstruction of coal enterprise marketing risk and alert management systems, thepaper applied PCA principal component analysis to build a coal enterprise marketingrisk warning evaluation index system; applied AHP to determine the marketing riskwarning evaluation index importance, based on the construction of the A-FAcomprehensive evaluation model of coal enterprise marketing risk warning. Finally,this method is applied to the Shanxi Mei Xiao Group Co. Ltd. to carry out empiricalresearch which could better verify the proposed risk warning marketing managementsystem scientifically and rationally.
