In order to respond to environmental changes, more and more enterprises haveimplemented business transformation as the core of the reform movement, and coverwith the enterprise organization structure, processes, supply chain and the reform ofenterprise culture. Through the domestic and international enterprise growth processof research found that in the business transformation process, in order to reduce thecost of rebuilding the technical ability and the risk of business transformation, theenterprises should transfer knowledge accumulated in the original business, and haveknowledge demand from the external in the transformation process. How to move theknowledge embedded in the original core business as well as in people, structure andenvironment which adapts to the original business to the new core business and newbusiness adapted to the people, the structure, the environment of the new enterprisesystem, is the practical problems that the transformation of enterprises and theacademaic circles all concernded. Therefore, the research of influence factors ofenterprise knowledge transfer in the business transformation has theoreticalsignificance and practical significance.The main objective of this paper is the analysis of the influence factors ofknowledge transfer in the enterprise business transformation process and therelationship between the influence factors of knowledge transfer and the transfereffect. This paper mainly research work is: define the business transformation,knowledge and knowledge transfer on the basis of literature research, aftersummarizing the previous research achievements, from the factors involved in theknowledge transfer process builds the model of the influence factors of theknowledge transfer and puts forward to research hypothesis in the background ofbusiness transformation of the enterprise. Through the questionnaire research, thispaper analyzes the sample data using SPSS17.0statistical analysis software and thenverifies the fitting degree of the model and research hypothesis. Through the research,the main conclusions of this paper are: they has significantly linear relationship between learning network, knowledge transfer strategy, embeddedness, transferwillingness, Organization culture, incentive mechanism, trust-commitment andknowledge transfer effect, and they are the important factors which influenceenterprise knowledge transfer effect of the business transformation; enterprise scale,individual education, coexist period of the original and new business of enterprisetransformation and business transformation span as moderating variables effecting onknowledge transfer effect produce different effects. Finally based on the researchresults, this paper proposes the countermeasures which promoting the knowledgetransfer effect of business transformation of the enterprise.The research of this paperis supported by the national social science fund project "enterprises knowledgetransfer model and its application research in the process of enterprisetransformation"(11BTQ027).
