Research On The Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Based On Technological Innovation In Enterprise Cluster

With today’s economic globalization, enterprise cluster occupies the dominantposition in the world economic map and becomes one of the most special andcompetitive economic organization of the world. It has competitive advantage such asresources, cost, market, innovation and many others, gradually becoming an importantway of economic development at home and abroad.Facing current fierce market competition, technological innovation is of greatimportance to promote the development of enterprise clusters. The survival anddevelopment of the cluster is an important source of corporate competitive advantage.Many cluster managers are aware of this and advocate firms implement the technicalinnovation in clusters. However, in a clustered environment, due to rapid technologicalinnovation diffusion and the serious non-innovative enterprises imitation, viciouscompetition appears. This reduces the first innovator’s exclusive benefits and weakensthe power of enterprises’ technology innovation. Technological innovation marketfailures are protruding. Innovation failure seriously hinders the pace of firms’ innovationand restricts the development of the cluster. Many studies show that technologicalspillover is a source of innovation failure and as a follow-up process of technologicalinnovation, technology diffusion within the cluster plays an important role in promotingthe development of clusters. Innovative advantage of enterprises cluster is derived fromthe interactive sharing of knowledge. Facing both positive and negative effects ofspillover of cluster technology, the way to solve the spillover is not to inhibit, but ratherto build a knowledge sharing mechanism to maintain continuous innovation power.To fix the problem in the process of technological innovation in enterprises cluster,this paper combed the related theory of enterprise cluster, technology innovation,knowledge sharing, explored the effects of technology innovation on the equilibriumstability of output game and price game among cluster enterprises by chaos theory, andconfirmed the importance of innovation to the development of the cluster. And then thepaper dig out the root of technological innovation failure by applying game theory,namely the large technology spillover, the low technology innovation efficiency and thehigh cost of innovation. Furthermore, to seek the solution from the root, themathematical framework of the knowledge sharing mechanism was designed to solvethe failure. After that it discussed the optimal level of knowledge sharing of the enterprise cluster and compared the sharing effect of four kinds of cooperativeinnovation mode of knowledge, which lay a solid foundation to establish the appropriateknowledge sharing mechanism. At last, the paper established a set of knowledge sharingmechanism from the angles of improving the ability of technology innovation, reducingthe cost of knowledge sharing, using government compensation, strengthening theprotection of intellectual property rights and choosing appropriate cooperation strategy.In all, the article provides a plan to manage the innovation failure and a developmentidea to realize the enterprise knowledge sharing under the premise of not to bruise thetechnology spillover.
