A Study Of Energy Saving In Liaoning Province Based On The Energy Consumption And Energy Efficiency

With the economic growth stepping into the new normal in our country,the quality of economic growth is focused by millions of people.What's more,Liaoning province,as part of the northeast old industrial zone,not only faces the problem of how to maintain economic growth,but also needs to accelerate the pace of economic transformation.The 13th Five-year Plan for Economic and Social Development of the central committee of the communist party of China and the State Council put forward clearly on the Opinions on the overall revitalization of Northeast China and other old industrial bases that,the strategic industry in the northeast old industrial zone for the national development is of vital important,and also showed the advantages of industry,resources,science and education.At the same time,it also stressed the challenges faced by the northeast old industrial zone and other old industrial district at present:partial resources,traditional,the type of heavy industrial structure and product structure can't adapt to the changing market,and the energy efficiency is much lower than the national average.It means that these industrial zones need change the present situation of energy consumption to improve energy efficiency.The structures of this article are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the study.It confirms the structure and method with the literature research achievements,and states the features and innovations of this study.In the past,there are many studies about energy consumption and energy efficiency,but it's hard to find a research about energy consumption and saving in Liaoning province.So the scope of research is Liaoning province in this paper.Secondly,this paper summarizes and describes the features of the energy structure in Liaoning province.And it makes a preliminary analysis of the energy structure from the two aspects:characteristics of energy consumption and energy supply.Then it analyzes the energy consumption structure in Liaoning province by the method of grey correlation analysis,narrowing the research scope to the industry level of Liaoning province.In this paper,I also analyze the relationship between the total energy consumption and industries energy consumption,and identify the key industry of Liaoning province.Thirdly,from the aspect of efficiency and structure factors,this paper analyzes the energy consumption in Liaoning province by decomposing the energy intensity with the complete decomposition model.What's more,it makes the timing analysis to the integral and three-industry energy efficiency,and also describes the changes of total energy efficiency by using the single-factor energy efficiency to show the influence of three-industry structure and energy efficiency on the integral energy efficiency.The conclusions of this article are as follows:Firstly,on the whole energy structure in Liaoning province,coal is still the key energy supply and energy consumption,but the oil,gas,water and electricity and other energy is sapped the dominance of coal.Energy efficiency is lower than the national average.Secondly,on the energy consumption,identified the top ten key industries saving energy and reducing consumption in Liaoning province,the coal consumption and industrial energy consumption is the main factor of saving energy and reducing consumption that government needs to be addressed in.Also,the consumption of urban residents life energy have bigger influence on the total energy consumption.Thirdly,by single factors of energy efficiency analysis,found that saving energy and reducing consumption in Liaoning province have begun to pay off,the second industry energy efficiency is a major cause,and the upgrading of industrial structure has a positive effect on energy efficiency.Fourthly,by analyzing all the factors of energy efficiency,found that the city in front of comprehensive ranking,its ranking in sequence was relatively stable.The gap between Shenyang economic zone energy efficiency is large,but the timing on the overall energy efficiency enhanced.The energy efficiency gap between Liao northwest is smaller,but the energy efficiency ranking is varying decline.The energy efficiency gap between Coastal economic zone is obvious,and the change of the energy efficiency ranking have no consistency.Finally,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations according to the above analysis conclusion.The main feature of this research is that it can stand on the present situation of the energy in Liaoning province from the perspective of localization.What's more,it fully explores the present situation of the energy in Liaoning province and positively seeks the way of energy saving.At the same time,from the indigenous perspective,this paper puts forward native policy suggestion combining with"Statistical Yearbook of Liaoning","Liaoning Urban Statistical Yearbook","China Statistical Yearbook" and the data of economic census in Liaoning province.The main innovation point of this article is that it narrows the research scope to the industrial level,and determines the key industrial effect of the total energy consumption in Liaoning province.What's more,it combines the single-factor energy efficiency measures with the total-factor energy efficiency measures,bringing the advantages of two methods of energy efficiency into fully play.
