In recent years,with the further development of the total economic output of Hunan Province,the demands for energy also continually increase.However,the demand for energy greatly exceeds its supply,which has become one of the main factors that constraints economic development of the province.There is a large base quota of coal-fired industrial boilers,with rather huge overall potential for energy saving and consumption reduction.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of economy in Hunan province by promoting the energy-saving and consumption-reduction capacity of coal-fired industrial boilers.In this paper,it is learn that the energy consumption level of most coal-fired industrial boilers is relatively high,and the thermal efficiency of most boilers is lower than that of standard,through sampling inspection and data analyses of the energy consumption of industrial boilers in the province.The reasons for the high energy consumption of industrial boilers are analyzed as well.The main reasons for the high energy consumption include relatively high exhaust gas temperature,rather large coefficient of excessive air,huge loss of incomplete combustion of solid,and high temperature of the furnace surface.Besides,it's concluded that the actual energy-saving potential for coal industry boilers is tremendous in Hunan Province.Four kinds of energy-saving technologies are proposed in the paper,namely,the technology of flue gas and waste heat recovery,the technology of biomass fuel boiler combustion,the technology of condensate water recovery,and the technology of auxiliary equipment for energy-saving in industrial boiler system.Furthermore,a platform for technology analysis of energy saving and management software has been established.The problem of high energy consumption of coal-fired industrial boilers is solved through feasibility analysis and economic analysis of technology and policies,which includes the feasibility of the flue gas and waste heat utilization technology,the feasibility of the condensate water recovery technology,the feasibility of the biomass fuel boiler combustion technology and the feasibility of the chaining coal-fired industrial boiler reconstruction technology.Finally,the policy innovation is put forward,including the revision of a series of standards on energy-saving supervision,the compilation of research rules,and demonstration of typical application examples.
