Study On Layout Of JX Logistics Park

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's logistics industry,the construction of domestic logistics parks has developed rapidly.The construction of logistics parks has great impetus and influence on promoting local economic development,resource distribution and regional economic formation.And Logistics parks planning as the basis of park development and construction,its impact is self-evident,by the government and more and more enterprises attention.Logistics park layout as the core of logistics park planning,will affects the future development and operation management of logistics parks.Firstly,this paper analyzes the development foundation of JX Logistics Park in Caofeidian,and expounds in detail the economic industry,the development of logistics industry and the traffic location conditions of JX Logistics Park.By introducing Caofeidian's macroeconomic aggregate,three industrial structures,industry,domestic and foreign trade,freight volume and logistics node development status,combined with Caofeidian's comprehensive transport infrastructure and JX logistics park location advantages,to provide a development basis for park construction.Secondly,the highway freight volume and container volume of Tangshan city are predicted,and the logistics inflow of the park is calculated according to the predicted value.Based on the data of Tangshan Statistical Yearbook in 2017,the precise forecasting value of Tangshan highway freight volume and container volume is obtained by using Shapley combination forecasting method.According to the number and scale of the existing logistics park in Caofeidian,Tangshan City,freight volume and container volume into the park is predicted,which provides a basis for the determination and layout of the follow-up functional area of the logistics park.Thirdly,SLP method is used to layout the functional area of JX logistics parks,and the corresponding alternatives plan are obtained.This paper carries on the strategic positioning and the function positioning of JX logistics park,and calculates the module and the area of each function zone according to the forecasting value into JX logistics park.Then the paper analyzes the logistics and non-logistics relations of each functional section of the logistics park by SLP method,and obtains the comprehensive relationship diagram.Finally,it draws the corresponding location relationship diagram through thecomprehensive relationship diagram,thus obtains the corresponding alternative plan of the logistics Park.Finally,through the evaluation of the functional area layout alternatives,the optimal solution is obtained,and traffic and functional area set for the JX Logistics Park.Firstly,the functional area layout evaluation index system is constructed.At the same time,the entropy weight method is used to evaluate the alternative layout scheme.By calculating the weight of each alternative layout scheme,the optimal layout scheme is obtained.On the optimal layout plan,the traffic and function area were set up,and suggestions were made for the operation and management mode of the park,and the results and shortcomings of this study were summarized.
